Summary

The Burj Khalifa: the tallest building in the world, located in Dubai. The Burj Khalifa dominates the skyline of Dubai, reaching a height of 2,717 feet.

Construction of this giant skyscraper began in 2004 and finished up in 2010. This project has a staggering price tag of approximately 1.5 billion dollars, boasts an impressive 163 floors that redefine the very essence of modern skyscrapers.

The Burj Khalifa belongs to the real estate company called Emaar Properties, led by chairman Mohamed Alabbar. This company has done lots of stunning projects, with the Burj Khalifa being one of their best.

The genius behind its design is Adrian Smith, who’s also worked on famous buildings like the Willis Tower in Chicago and One World Trade Center in New York City. It took six years to build this skyscraper, initially named Burj Dubai, later changed to honor Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

In- and outside the Burj Khalifa

With its 163 floors and around 900 apartments, the Burj Khalifa is a must-see in Dubai, attracting loads of tourists. Visitors can go up in elevators to enjoy fantastic views, dine at cool restaurants, or even stay at the hotel.

The outside of the Burj Khalifa is all glass and steel, with setbacks that make it look unique. Inside, it’s just as fancy, with luxurious materials used everywhere.
Inside, you’ll find luxurious materials and exceptional finishes that look just as amazing as the outside.

The Burj Khalifa houses 900 apartments and presents a countless number of facilities, including an observation deck offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of Dubai, a fine dining restaurant, a luxurious hotel, and numerous rental options. Overall: a multifaceted hub of modern living and tourism.

Considering a trip to the spectacular Burj Khalifa?

The opportunity to ascend via high-speed elevators to the upper floors and relish the panoramic views of the cityscape is an adventure cherished by countless visitors. The tickets to access different floors vary:

124th floor:

Adult: 350 AED
Senior (65+): 200 AED
Child (3-12 years): 250 AED
Infant (<3 years old): Free

148th floor:

Adult: 400 AED
Senior (65+): 250 AED
Child (3-12 years): 300 AED
Infant (<3 years old): Free

Tip: sometimes combination tickets include access to other attractions in Dubai.

Consider these key points when thinking about living in the Burj Khalifa

  1. Finding a trustworthy real estate agency is crucial. Not all agencies are the same when it comes to Burj Khalifa rentals. Do your own research including reading reviews, before choosing your agency.
  2. The next step is as important as the first step: understand the charges and fees of the agency. Some may have fixed fees, while others might charge a percentage of the rent. Clarify all costs upfront to avoid any surprises in a later stage.
  3. The final step involves signing a rental agreement. This document outlines essential rental details like lease duration, rent amount, and other significant terms. Take the time to review the agreement! Read it attentively before signing.

Following these steps ensures engaging with a trustworthy agency, understanding all including costs, and being well-informed about your rental terms. Nimani ensures that this approach aims to make renting a flat at Burj Khalifa easier and more straightforward.
