Our certifications explained
RERA License:
Nimani is officially registered with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency), the main regulatory authority for the Dubai real estate market. Only certified and approved entities are allowed to promote and sell property in Dubai, and Nimani is proudly part of that select group.
Broker Card:
Our personal broker card gives us the official right to facilitate real estate transactions in Dubai. This license is only issued to agents who have passed a formal exam and meet the strict standards set by the Dubai Land Department.
AML Certificates from Complyfin:
We hold official certificates from Complyfin, a certified institution specializing in compliance and Anti-Money Laundering training. These certificates confirm that we are trained in identifying and preventing money laundering and financial fraud. The certification was awarded after completing a specialized training program and passing the required examination.
