We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who is eager to connect with clients, build strong relationships, and get energy from successfully guiding investors in the real estate market. You are proactive, driven, and enjoy taking responsibility while contributing to the growth of an ambitious team.

At Nimani, founded by three Dutch entrepreneurs, we help investors safely and profitably invest in Dubai’s real estate market. You will guide clients throughout the sales process, build your own portfolio, and play a key role in strengthening our brand and success.

What you can expect

Responsibilities

Advise investors on real estate opportunities in Dubai and the UAE
Build strong relationships with clients and developers.
Follow up on warm leads generated from our marketing funnels and turn them into active clients.
Conduct online or on-site consultations and match clients with suitable projects based on their budget and goals.
Guide clients during Dubai visits and attend developer meetings when needed.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Our main office is located in Abcoude, the Netherlands, but we regularly travel to Dubai for client visits and meetings with developers.

No, that’s not required. Experience in marketing or sales (depending on the role) is more important. An interest in real estate and investing is definitely a plus.

We’re a driven team with short communication lines and plenty of room for initiative. We believe in working hard, but also in celebrating successes together.

Depending on the role, there may be opportunities to join business trips to Dubai for events, client visits, and collaborations.
