"We were exploring the idea of investing in Dubai but weren’t sure if it was right for us. I found Nimani on Instagram, and their informative videos already answered many of my questions. I booked a call with Nick, who took the time to guide me through the process and was easily reachable via WhatsApp. In Dubai, we visited a selection of developers together — everything was well-organized with a private driver and clear planning. When there wasn’t a suitable unit available then, I placed an EOI on Nick’s advice and was later able to make a great purchase. Even after the sale, they offer help and respond to questions. Any points of improvement? Yes — I felt Nimani could have been a bit more proactive, especially with updates on new projects or guidance on the money transfer. In the end, it all worked out, but this could be tackled with a bit more explanation upfront. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely return to Nimani for future investments."
