Bashayer Residences

Bashayer Residences is the final residential phase of the Bashayer community on Hudayriyat Island, developed by Modon. It’s a collection of waterfront apartments and penthouses, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, set above a promenade with direct skyline views of Abu Dhabi.

Unit sizes range from 81 sqm for a one-bedroom up to 468 sqm for a four-bedroom penthouse, with prices starting from AED 2.5M and going up to AED 8.2M. The project runs on a 50/50 payment plan, with handover scheduled for Q1 2030.
