OUR STORY
Nimani was founded by three Dutch partners – Niels Degenhart, Mark de Jonker, and Nick de Kruijk – after years of working together.
Our journey into the Dubai real estate market began with our successful personal investments, which gave us a deep understanding and appreciation of its opportunities. Recognizing the immense potential and dynamic nature of this market, we decided to establish Nimani.
With a vision to share our expertise and success with others, Nimani was created to guide investors through the lucrative opportunities in Dubai real estate.

As the co-founder of Nimani and Head of Sales, I am the face of our company to our investors. With years of sales experience, I focus on personal attention and a results-driven approach. Within Nimani, I focus on business development, maintaining relationships, and expanding valuable partnerships. With my strategic approach and network, I open the door to the right opportunities in Dubai.
