Our story
Nimani was founded by three Dutch partners – Niels Degenhart, Mark de Jonker, and Nick de Kruijk – after years of working together.
Our journey into the UAE real estate market began with our successful personal investments, which gave us a deep understanding and appreciation of its opportunities. Recognizing the immense potential and dynamic nature of this market, we decided to establish Nimani.
With a vision to share our expertise and success with others, Nimani was created to guide investors through the lucrative opportunities in UAE real estate.
